For the first time, The Arabian Magazine owner Samantha Mattocks is producing a recipe calendar under her banner, The Delicate Diner. 

Featuring 11 new recipes, plus a favourite from her website www.thedelicatediner.com, The Delicate Diner 2025 recipe calendar is full of inspiration for home cooks that are easy to accomplish. 

Expect dishes such as akoori - Indian scrambled eggs, perfect for a New Year's brunch - chicken satay, spiced beef with yoghurt flatbreads, butternut and sage risotto, and the cover shot - chocolate, beurre noisette and tahini brownies. 

The calendar is A4 landscape, A3 when open, with a full size photo of the dish at the top and the recipe/calendar dates below.
